ZAPIER Connection. ( Gmail to Getswift or OnFleet)

Hello i am looking for a smart coder / person who has ALOT of experience with ZAPIER connections.
Basically what i want to do is , convert a (GMAIL ) or Email which includes Delivery Orders. I can provide Samples. Then i want these delivery orders to be converted and placed into a software called GetSwift or ONFleet. These are delivery and dispatching software’s which take orders from restaurant and automatically dispatches drivers on the system .
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ZAIPER or can provide me other solutions DO NOT BID on this project
