Youtube Video Editing

I am looking to hire a freelancer to edit videos for YouTube. These videos will be longer than 10 minutes in length and require documentary-style editing with the potential for special effects or animations. As I’m not sure if these effects are required, I’m looking for a freelancer who can work with me to determine what is necessary.
