YouTube Sr. Video Editor

• Edit raw video footage into compelling, high-quality videos that align with our brand’s style and tone
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and ideas
• Add effects, transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall production value of videos
• Ensure videos are optimized for online viewing, including aspect ratio, colour correction, and compression
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and techniques to bring new and innovative ideas to the table
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and requirement of the video are met effectively.
• Incorporate the feedbacks of Video Producer and Team lead into the revised video
• Creating and maintaining project file, changes, and revisions to video throughout the editing process
• Ensure all videos are edited in a timely manner and meet deadlines
• Continuously analyze and improve the performance of YouTube content.
• Ability to capitalize on trends and seasonality.
• Ensure all videos meet YouTube’s guidelines , avoid copyright issues and standards for monetization
• Taking ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks.
• Meet deadlines as per priority, ensuring that content is delivered on time and according to quality standard
• Adapting to changes in the YouTube industry and keeping up-to-date with audience demands
• Participate during the performance evaluation of self and team lead(during appraisal and bonus calculation)
• Attend morning meeting daily
• Attend regular team / organisation meetings
• Attend the training assigned and finish on time.
• Update task completion report daily
• Maintain a good morale throughout the team

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a YouTube Video Editor with a portfolio of work demonstrating your skills
• Excellent knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Knowledge of special effects and motion graphics
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality and aesthetics
