xports a table from a Microsoft SQL Server to excel

We need a small program or script that exports a table from a Microsoft SQL Server instance to an Excel CSV file and guidance on how to implement it.
This file needs to be sent to an FTP path.
The operation needs to be performed daily, so a scheduled task is also required on Microsoft Windows Server.
