Xenforo forum

I need experienced web application programmer and discussion forums developer to help me install the XenForo software on a dedicated server, and perform all the setup configuration as well as create and setup the initial forums. As many provision as needed and full support to get it up and running with administering the forums and any other assistance needed in the future.
Also will need help to choose a good dedicated web hosting server for running the forum software.

Forum – it will be discussion forum with lots of threads and topics and a lot of pictures.

I need something very stable and super long term (we aim for 4-5 milion views and hundred thousand of topics and many years of operation hopefully) we want it to be upgradable in the future and like to start slow and build up so the hosting resources will need to be on cheaper side and once we grow we want to upgrade space etc.

We will purchase Xenforo licensing and all needed extensions and pay for all hosting. Whatever is needed within reason.
