WPF Expert with knowledge of Syncfusion

I need an WPF Expert. Wee are building a software with form that you see on the attached document. Wee have build it up so far with good resault. The thing is wee are switching provider to Syncfusion. The old provider still have his own control in the form.

Wee need a man to clean up the form, switch out the old controls for neutral controls or Syncfusion controls. Wee are working it in repo with Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC) and the developer have to have access to our system.

Also the developer have to have knowledge to do the form 100% as it is on the PDF document. Wee have done specific controls to use in that situation but the major issue is that the form should be 100% same as the PDF. So the developer have to have access to a printer to measure up the length and width on the page and the controls and change it to pixels (which can be done in several webpages).

So the developer needs to have knowledge what controls is best to use and how to arrange them up. Wee want 100% resault.
