WP landing page for sport fans to comment

Simple landing page needed so fans can comment. Most of the WP functionality comes from setting-up wpDiscuz plugin, the team landing page should resemble mock-up (attachment) with functionality as described below. WP template needs to be fully editable with WPBakery.
