WordPress website (backend)

I am looking for someone who can configure a wordpress website to do the following.

1. A person can signup on the homepage with their name and email as registration.
2. This will be the start of them filling out a form, the full form is this document. https://hospicefoundation.ie/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Think_Ahead_Editable.pdf
3. If they stop filling out the form, they will get email reminders to go back and finish filling it out.
4. When they start filling out the form they will get login details to view their form results, form results can only be viewed by them logging into our website.
5. They will also be able to share their form results with another person. This person will have to be invited to login to view it. They will be given their own account. This person will also be able to create forms and share with others.
5.1 One of the options on the form will be to make a payment to use or to buy a product off us.
6. Admin can see all of the above and edit it.
7. Admin should be able to edit the form wheneer needed to add/edit form questions.
