WordPress Theme customization

We are looking for a skilled individual or company that can customize our theme in the backend. This will require some coding in the backend. This isn’t just customizing a theme on the frontend but is re-formatting the backend in admin to customize the posting of a job. Currently, the job portal theme we are using does NOT allow for admin to post a single job and upload it to the site. There are a number of edits/revisions we need completed in the site but this is a priority for us.

Preference will be given to an individual who is exceptional at design and coding in the backend of a WordPress site and in particular, a job portal. We are looking at this as a long-term relationship to work with us as we have other projects in the planning stages.
