WordPress Site Changes

I want you to make changes to my website as follows:

1.Make the site fully responsive.
2.I want a pop up with some info when a user comes to the site. The user should be able to close it and have it
settle somewhere on the page where its visible but not obstructing content
3.I want a flashing terms and condition label on the left side of login button( When clicked a popup should
reveal all the terms and conditions)
4.Add a horizontal scrolling tag showing the upcoming fixture between the header and slider
5. Make the content fit exactly on this 1 page
6.If you are good at designing banners you can drop samples. We discuss a long term plan for the same.
