WordPress redesign Homepage and other small tasks

Our website is live and fully active but like to redesign
-homepage redesign(sliders, resize banner, image optimisation), should work on all devices
– Slow seems taking too much resources, so speed optimisation
– We like to bulk edit in categories, I know we can but we like to move from one categories to another category. Don’t show products in a categories we are moving from.
– Option in header to write quick message for customer ( like open late today, Closed today, open till 10pm or …………………….
– stop some categories to crawl
