WordPress: Building a website

I want to construct a website in the word-press for selling the leads/contacts. I’ll need a total of 2 word-press plug-ins.

1. User Registration/ Login (Must include the paypal/CC payment option) [including User Dashboard] [Info can be deduced from ‘Plugin-Reg-Features.docx’]
2. Table creator [To be created from the Admin dashboard and must support upto 10 Million rows of table]. [Info can be deduced from ‘Plugin-DB-Features.docx’]
(I would prefer free plug-ins. However, if there is any paid one with reasonable price, the Freelancer can discuss that with me.)
A User must be able to see 4 filters
– QS rank (Ranges only) [Drop-down menu]
– Country select
– University name search
– By department,

Once the User filter all the contacts, the numerical value (total number of leads) must be mentioned somewhere near the ‘Buy Now’ field with the total price and price per lead. The User must get the option of ‘Add to Cart’ too with a Note “Search More after adding to cart and get a lower price per lead”. If the User press ‘Add to Cart’, and search another filter and then press ‘Add to Cart’. There will be two different products within the cart. The formula will be applied in the Cart page after adding the total number of leads.
The formula to convert N (Total number of leads) to P (Price) is given below:
o N = 50P (1 + P/500) [10< P 2000$]
o N < 510 [P = 10$]
Once the payment is successful, the user will get the download active button (in its Dashboard) to download the file in either CSV, JSON, XML or XLSX formats. This button will be active for 3 months and the expiry date must be mentioned in the User’s Dashboard.

Summary:
The freelancer need to create four pages (Home, About Us, FAQs, Contact Us.) but the main tasks are the integration of User Registration/ Login plugin and DB creation plugin. I have the contents from ‘Contact Us’ and ‘About Us’ pages which I need to paste myself and the freelancer need to assist me if there is any problem with that pasting.
