Word Press Multi-Site

We need help with our WordPress multi-site. Seems as everything is setup correctly but for some reason when we add a new site (sub-domain) to WordPress the site doesn’t show in that directory nor does the website show under sites tab or dashboard.

If you are a WordPress multi-site expert we could use a hand.
