Woocommerce Trouble Shooting – Checkout

I need an expert in woocommerce and codeing, we have an issue with our website, when our customers click on place order in the woocommerce checkout page, the order will pass and received via email, however no thankyou page is shown and the customers are not redirected to the thankyou page. This is a big problem since customers won’t know if the order has passed or not. Probably this is a plugin clashing issue.
