Windows program, made to write text in files, on cloud, running in a window, not on command line.

Brief:

I need a program that will run under Windows, made in python, and that will write text files in cloud (iCloud or OneDrive) on short. I will define the text in the files and few other parameters.

All other details we will discuss it after the bidding.

Please note that the budget might be slightly adjusted after we fixed all the details, up or down.

Also, I need the source code at delivery and must be fully tested, without bugs.
