Windows Desktop Developer needed to screen scrape desktop apps

This Tracker app records user’s activities on a Windows desktop machine. This application runs as a background process. It observers all the running user applications and tracks their time spent on applications and the context within an application. For example, if the desktop user spends 10 minutes on document X in Word and then switches to document Y in Word for 15 minutes, this Tracker app would record two activities: 10 minutes on doc X and 15 minutes on doc Y.

Likewise, if the user is working on emails (in Outlook desktop, Office 365, or Gmail), the Tracker app would record an activity for the time spent on each individual email.
