WIFI & BLUETOOTH Smart Socket App

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a WIFI & BLUETOOTH Smart Socket App for Android. The app should allow me to remotely control any brand/model of smart socket. The main feature I need is remote control. Additionally, if possible, the app should have energy monitoring capabilities. The ideal developer should have experience in developing Android apps and integrating with smart sockets.

The Application must include a User Registeration / Sign in Page with Password Reset/ Password Change Facility in the Application

Generation of backend Database & Table may be required 

Application must check for list of existing Devices owned by the sign-in user and allow them to view and remove it 

Application must allow user to Add new devices in there profile and attach a location tag 
Application must provide user to select the WIFI Name & Password in App to Connect the Device to the Wifi 

System Required Field like MQTT Broker Address, Port , Client ID , Device-Id , UTC Time , NTP Time must be requested from the webserver
by checking or generating new records by validating device mac 

API Documentation for the device will be provided before hand & Remote Debugging of the code on the device has to be done remotely
