weka dataset

I’m looking for a freelancer to help me create a Weka dataset from a CSV file. I need the data to be cleaned, so the freelancer must have experience with data cleaning tools. I also require a small sample set to use for testing purposes. If you have experience handling datasets and have knowledge of Weka and data cleaning tools, then I welcome your proposals!
