Website Redesign

I am looking for a Shopify developer who can fix the following issues of my website: 1) Adding Date & Time Picker on Product Page & Customer Information Form 2) Make an option for the product to particularly available in a single / specific cities 3) Delivery Charges Calculation for areas (e.g we have 20 main areas of our city, we want if customer select delivery in particular area then shipping will be added in order price.)
