Website overhaul using Shopify

I have a women’s fashion label called AQUARIVA. I would like to update my website and have another fashion website that I would like you to base this on. I am doing a fashion shoot tomorrow so will have new images for the website. My current website in done with Shopify and is www.aquariva.com.

I basically want the designer to base my website upon this one www.ullajohnson.com. Same kind of look and feel and navigation but mine will have less content I want to change my logo to black. Also I want to copy the fonts that ulla johnson uses on her website

I would also like my EDM updated. I am currently using MailChimp. The EDM will need to reflect the new website
