Website Graphic work (more of a conversion focused website)

I am looking for a graphic designer to work on my existing business website. The main goal of the website is to generate signup for the business, and I am looking for a designer who can focus on conversion optimization. The preferred design style for the website is minimalist. You would also need to come up with some graphics and make sure everything follows the same flow and colors.
