Website for food store

I am looking to hire a freelancer who can create a website for my food store. I need an informational website, and although I don’t have content prepared, I do have a rough idea of what I want and can provide direction. I only need the website created and do not need any maintenance and support after the launch.
I have a basic website but need to make it appealing and also be able to add product photos and update prices when needed.
