website design on WordPress for Climate Change startup – immediate turnaround

We are a two year start up focused on building technology solutions to combat climate change. We focus on Hydrogen Production and Carbon Capture and we are looking to build out our website. We worked with a design agency but they only built the basic frame utilizing the divy template on WordPress. I am looking for someone to really improve the design and make it more visually appealing, specifically someone who is very good and comfortable with improving content and making the website more user friendly.
