Web Applications for WordPress

I am looking to get two web applications developed for a WordPress-based site.

1. Box Design Customizer as seen here: https://packlane.com/customize/folding-carton
2. Custom Form for BittiBite as seen here: https://form.jotform.com/82152199215153

Scripting language you should understand in order to develop this is as follows:
PHP, Python, Ruby, Perl, JSP, and/or Adobe ColdFusion

Both functions will be on the website (www.bittibite.com) which is a WordPress-based site. The box design customizer is for clients to be able to design their own boxes.

The form is currently made on JotForm. However, I do not want to continue paying Jotform to use this form every month. I would rather have my own functional form on my website that I can easily edit, such as images, prices, etc.

Is this something you can do? My budget is $500. Nothing MORE! Please let me know when you can start. Thanks!
