YOU NEED TO BE AN EXPERT IN PYTHON/PHP/JAVASCRIPT
I need to build a browser-based web app where the user can upload the video and select a part he wants. Then he can make that part moving and rest still photo. Then he can download it as GIF or high-resolution MP4. Users should also be able to add callouts, png/jpeg pics, buttons with hyperlinks, text and resize them. You need to add some more features like cut, copy, rejoin, delete part of video clip and add background music
