We require an experienced Email marketing guru

We require an experienced Email marketing guru to send our campaign to a provided list of 100k/emails daily. Due to the nature of the list (classified site proxy email forwarders) we require heavy SMTP and Proxy/IP rotation as well as any other safeguards to prevent bulk/junk folder delivery.

We require at least a 90% delivery rate to the inbox.
