We need Architect for drawings

We are looking for architectural drawing to submit to town,
We will be opening up living and dining room wall, which is load bearing, and a second shorter wall between dining and kitchen, which is not load bearing at all. Drawing will include to show light fixture outlets. We only need 3 copies.
Must be familiar with New Jersey construction codes.
How much would this cost and how soon we could get it.
