Our community organization is concerned about the County’s direction for their proposed new tree ordinance.

Contra Costa County, CA proposed new tree ordinance will loosen present tree removal restrictions. The County has not done an Environmental Impact Report, Negative Declaration or any other CEQA studies. We think this is short sighted on their part.
