wardrobe and shoe rack

I need to instal a customised shoe rack that blends in with the walls (attached a pic of the space in the hallway), and a 3-door wardrobe (pic of old one attached; there is also a pic of the space where the wardrobe should be installed). I am looking for something sleek, with clean lines and unique. I am not looking for classical English countryside style, I like to see interesting solutions, not recycled old ones. I am open to suggestions, especially regarding the wardrobe which must be built around a boiler exhaust pipe and electrical panel and have no back panel on one side to allow for an opening in the wall to access a storage space behind the wall. The shoe rack may be simple in concept but I would like something stylish and practical, where the space is maximised, wall mounted (floating), perhaps with some space to store keys (not mandatory but a nice to have)

Deadlines:
Feb-Mar 2023 for shoe rack
Apr 2023 for wardrobe

Budget:
£3,000 is the budget to have the items built and installed, i am looking for end to finish product
£250 would be the budget for the design

I am looking for someone based in the UK, i need to speak/collaborate with them, they need to have the ability to come to my place and take measures, this is a custom made product. Ideally based near London (I am in West London) if they have to travel.
