VSTO expert to build Outlook addin to Sharepoint

I need an VSTO expert to build Outlook addin to Sharepoint.
The addin needs to have digital signature so that it could be installed in outlook.
If possible: Create MSI file or similar so that the program can be rolled out via intune.

If possible the addin should also work for Mac.
