Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a VRBO Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer support for our VRBO listings while ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry into the VRBO management system.

Responsibilities:
• Assist VRBO customers with inquiries, reservations, and support via phone and email.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Update and maintain accurate information on VRBO listings, including property details, rates, and availability.
• Coordinate with property owners to gather and verify essential data for listings.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and correct any discrepancies in the VRBO management system.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer support or data entry roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate data entry.
• Excellent communication skills to provide professional and timely customer support.
• Familiarity with VRBO or other vacation rental platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
