vr unreal meetup alpha

This project is an experiment in collaborative creative environments for artists.
we are structuring an easily expanded set of tools for some editor functions to be made available for non programmers.

we will be needing to :
-develop a stable level loading feature for multiplayer VR/desktop on the unreal engine platform.
-prepare an upload pipeline for players to import movies, documents, photos , .obj files, textures , and more.
-structure an expandable tool list for programmers and product testers to add and test tools in a modular system.
