Virtuemart windows app for open/close store and receive orders

we have manage through joomla/virtuemart to make a multisite market place in one installation of joomla but multiple configuration for each store… what we want is an “app” for windows or it can be an online app and connect on store with some API… the main function of this app will be that when is closed on store pc this app it will turn off as a catalog the virteumart store and when it is open it will enable the store for purchases… the second function we want is to receive in that “app” orders with a sound that we will choose… and print auto or manually the order on the local printers… this is the 2 main function fro the app to work.. in the future we can scale it up but for now this is what we want
