Virtual Assistants with Amazon and/or Etsy experience

We are Looking for a VA with Amazon and/or Etsy experience!
Responsibilities
• Responding to online chatbox via Active Campaign Answering emails on Website, Etsy, and Amazon Seller Central
• Updating customer orders (if a shipping address was entered wrong or canceling an order or processing refunds)
• Updating our listings on the Website, Etsy, and Amazon (price changes or new products, or adding a coupon code for promotions)
• Responding to customer reviews
• Enrolling people in membership software
• Help in managing affiliates who sell our products
• Manage team schedules
• Uploading our Podcast files
• Creating Blog Posts from our podcast and post to the website
• Basic Admin duties for the team
Basic Requirements
• Must have a reliable Internet Connection
• Working Laptop and/or Desktop
• Must have a Desire for Long term employment
• Excellent Written and Oral English Skills
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Office Softwares)
• Experience with the given platform is a PLUS!
