Job duties; Quickly help customers with good solutions through email, Solve problems in a creative way, Document details of customer interactions in the appropriate systems, Managing daily schedule which includes; Time, meeting and calendar planning, You must be honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in all areas, keeping track of customers orders online to ensure customers expectations are met.
