I’m looking for a virtual assistant who can speak and write good English.
Since its a very small business and this job is going to be created, I would like someone
who can help me with multiple tasks as below:

– Handling Customer Support via telephone, email, and chat. (Currently, I get very few calls a day, but you will need to be available to pick up the phone and reply to the messages during UK working hours)
– Updating the website and social media. (I will give training on this and I would like someone who is good at content writing)
– Work with me on improving customer service. (I will be giving full training on how to support customers and we will keep on learning)
– Research the web for ideas and to improve the business.
– Training customers (I will keep on teaching the software to you as I update so that you can help me train the customers. This way I can focus more time on developing the software)
– Making guides and videos on how to use the software. I will train on this as well.
– Writing periodic newsletters to customers on new and upcoming features.
– Be willing to work on other tasks during free time to help grow the business.
