Video streaming, seo experts only

Hi,
I am building a new video streaming website,
we are embedding hundreds of videos from YouTube and vimeo in the website (i dont own this videos , i can embed them under youtube terms).
Its a niche world wide audience with focus on English.
Their are 200 keyword (most longtail).
there are not any dedicated website to this niche , and most of the traffic going to YouTube,
basically our main competitor is YouTube ( I am showing the same videos that my main competitor in my website)
