vfs video editing

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to do advanced video editing on a project. The video editing would primarily involve color grading, special effects, and motion graphics. Depending on the outcome of the editing, there may also be the need to do some voice-over work. Additionally, the final video length should be no longer than 30 seconds.
