Very large image handling application

– Load very large size images (~100MB) into the application UI on screen and let the user pan and move the image with zooming capability without delay.
– Overlay cad layout with provided fiducials and should move with the image when user pan/moves on screen
– Applicatrion UI development in C#
– Image loading time should be less than 1 second.
