Ideal Skills and Experience:
– Strong experience in managing event spaces
– Knowledge of event planning and coordination
– Excellent organization and time management skills
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques
– Experience in marketing event spaces would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the event space
– Coordinate and manage events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
– Handle bookings, inquiries, and client relations
– Maintain and update event calendars
– Collaborate with the existing staff to ensure efficient operations
– Assist in marketing the venue to attract new clients and increase bookings
– Develop marketing strategies and implement them effectively
– Utilize various marketing channels, such as social media, online advertising, and partnerships with event planners
Note: While extra staff is not currently required, the ideal candidate should be capable of managing a team if the need arises in the future.
