Vehical Audit Power App

We are looking for a power apps developer to create an app to audit our company fleet vehicles.

the app will require the following functionality

– prompt staff members via email ever 3 months to complete the vehicle audit. – additional details below
– prompt staff every 3 months to submit the vehicle kilometers.

– user completing an audi will submit some basic information e.g. emplyee details, date, vehicle registration
– they will then complete a question comprising of mainly yes/no responses and some comment boxes.
– photo upload section for various section the vehicle e.g. front of vehicle/rear of vehicle.
– completed audits are to be generated into a presentable pdf and emailed to a fleet email address.
– ability to report on data via power bi would also need to be a possibility
– management page for the fleet team to view audits etc.

access or sql database might be required to record the information of vehicle and which staff member is assigned to them,
