ValueBet notification program

I need a program that finds valuebets on different betting sites based on the odds of Pinnacle.

The program would need to constantly (at least every second) scrape the odds from Pinnacle, then immediately find the odds for those same matches and markets on the other betting sites, compare them, and if it finds a value opportunity, output the match and the market to bet on. I need to compare matches of at least 6-7 sports.

It should only check when the odds on Pinnacle are below certain odd (1.5-1.8).

*Value bet definition: A value bet is a bet where the probability of a given outcome is greater than the bookmakers odds reflect. Simply put, when value betting you will be placing bets that have a larger chance of winning than implied by the bookmakers odds. This means you will have an edge over the bookmaker in the long run.
