User Video Uploads

Hello every one!

I am looking to add a function to my website.
PHP, using WoWonder.

I have a Movie Section.
I want all users that upload videos to my website, to not only be uploaded onto their personal profile, but also be uploaded onto the sites, Movie section for every one to view.

I am looking to spend $50 on this project.
