Use customer info submitted to Google sheets to authenticate or give access to Guru Can website

I have customers paying for a service through a jotform, using Square as the payment gateway.
The information is going sent to google sheets.
I would like to use the paid members info in the spreadsheet to provide access to a guru can online website along with grant access to a Telegram channel that would only allow access to paid members.

Deliverables
-Connect googlesheets to Telegram Channel
-Create Authentication System that uses info from Googlesheets to verify Telegram Channel members.
-Allow authenticated users access to Gurucan online course website.
