US developer please. crowdfunding platform

I’m looking for a US developer (no international headquarters, but actually US-based) to create a crowdfunding platform with crypto currency exchange based on decentralized blockchain such as Solana.

This would be a reference site as an example with some differences though: https://donate.thedigital.gov.ua/ – One is it would be for individual fundraising campaigns.
