Updating of Indexes

The attached PDF file is of a book previously published. However I have been released from the publisher contract and am preparing it for eBook publication on Amazon. The text has been slightly upgraded so that the three indexes, coming from the original volume, do not now match the text. The eBook side of things is well in hand except that I have to update the three detailed indexes, Author, Subject, and Scripture, so that the index numbers now match the text. This is beyond me. I need the help of an index specialist at a reasonable price. If this works out, I have two more similar volumes in prospect, completing a trilogy, that will need similar index assistance. Of course a Word file is available.
