Thought of more details about the project so will start over with better description in case I missed something.
We have a chat software provider that integrates with Zoho ( Campaigns ) via API. What I need is a designer to put together the Zoho components to allow these activities in the diagram to happen seamlessly.
I am writing this because I am in sales, not coding. I know what I want to happen, but do not have the ability to make it happen. So, that means you may need to inform me about things I need, but do not mention.
The project is for a tradeshow company that is looking for a new way to increase in person attendance.
This overview sales chart describes how the system works do you can design and implement Zoho components as needed to achieve the goal. (see link)
There are 3 groups. 1. Ticket buyers, 2. participating businesses and 3. software admin.
1. Ticket buyers. BC365 software’s goal is giving the prospective ticket buyers an ongoing reason to actually buy a ticket, attend the event and receive a ongoing newsletters showing weekly items for sale by businesses who sign up to sell their goods and services. Ticket buyers will receive 3 weekly newsletters showing new items businesses are offering. Non ticket buyers can sign up anytime, but only receive 1 newsletter per week… they missed out on the best deals and are motivated to buy tickets for next tradeshow.
2. Participating businesses. Some businesses participate in the tradeshows, some do not. The newsletter in #1 above is a way for businesses to sell more goods and services outside of the tradeshow day and advertise directly with the target audience – entire year around. Any business can sign up to sell through the newsletter distribution described in #1 above, however the businesses that ARE involved in the tradeshow also automatically will have their sales items sent 3 times per week, and the businesses who do not participate in the show will have their sale items included at the rate they choose and pay for. (I have 3 zoho forms now.)
Every business will need to be able to log in with their own password and user name. They will need to upload their information ( PDF format ) and image ( jpg, jpeg, png formats ).
Security. This chatbot must able to upload images and text – so will have security risks.
These must be handled in so that no viruses can be uploaded. I need restrictions on the number of files per sale item. Two images per sale item. Files must be authenticated. Only authorized users may upload files. File restrictions using .htaccess in the directory above the uploads content/uploads folder. Add CAPTCHA to my forms. Force the webserver to send the correct image headers before you display an image on your website and a virus scanner. These are some ideas about security but you have other ideas I am sure.
Business will need access to the data generated ( data will be the ticket buyers info and the new people who sign up for the newsletter.
3. Admin will:
1. Gather the uploaded sales info and images and place into a newsletter to be send out M,W,Friday. The info included will depend on the choices listed above.
2. Need the data for #1 and #2 in a CMR.
3. Need the ability to create a basic newsletter.
4. Automate sending the newsletter.
5. Have a billing system that automatically accepts CC .payments.
All of the above will need to be integrated into the chat system from another company who has API with ZOHO. I understand Zapier may be needed at some point too.
