Update our existing website's design

####PLEASE READ: we will not award a project until we have seen a mockup showing you can actually design. Sending us links to random websites is not a ‘mockup’. I could send links to a bunch of random sites. We need to see you can actually design so please provide a snapshot of a rough idea of what you would do with our site. You don’t need to send html/css, just a snapshot to demonstrate you are not another template seller. We don’t want to buy a WordPress or any other ready-made template. We’ve just wasted a month on this in another project so are trying again with a stronger description. We have 30+ websites but this project is just to do 1 of them first so we can find a designer to work with. ####

We only need a new design for 2 page layouts. The front page and inner page style of the first website. We will take your HTML/CSS and integrate it into our PHP backend ourselves. It needs to have a desktop and mobile version of each design and be fast loading (we use Google Insights). So no huge images or large javascripts to make things display. We need an updated design for the front page:

The inner pages all have the same layout with header area, large left column for text, smaller right column for search box and links, and footer area:

So we need a new design for that layout as well (we will integate your design into those three sections). I hope that’s clear. So please quote to design and provide HTML/CSS/Images for those two page styles.
