Update Odoo 14 alpha version to 14 stable version

We have an Odoo 14.5alpha1 (Community) running on Digital Ocean servers.
It seems to have some bug, so I would like to get the closest stable version (14.5? 14.0?)

It was originally downloaded and installed through a git clonecommand.
