Update my WordPress website theme and solve the issue with spam

I have an WordPress website, which is based on an ready made theme. It should be updated as update was not done for long time (download new theme updates and refresh).

Website is not listing anymore in Google search and on Google page when I click on link some spam site is opening. That needs to be fixed.
